Minga's Maids name derives from a beloved mother, grandmother and great grandmother; Dominga Sanchez. 

Minga worked as a maid and head housekeeper at Ramada Inn for over twenty years. Four of Minga's daughters and two sons also worked at Ramada Inn as maids and janitors during Minga's work tenure at Ramada Inn.  

Minga and her husband raised 9 daughters and 4 sons in a very small house in West Texas. Despite living in a very small house with many children, Minga made certain the family home was always very cleaned and well organized.
